Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Please bring a photo ID for admission. There are no age restrictions.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Phones and non-professional cameras without flash are permitted, however audio or video recording is NOT ALLOWED during the seminar.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Tickets are non-transferable. However, if there is a special circumstance, please contact the organizer via email academyramireztran@gmail.com

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. If you created an account during check out online or you can contact us via email.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please bring a photo ID and event ticket. You should have received your ticket and order confirmation in email. If you did not receive your ticket, please contact us via email.

Do I need any supplies for the event?

No supplies will be needed, this is a look & learn class.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if there is a special circumstance, please contact the organizer via email academyramireztran@gmail.com

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

Where is my item?

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you did not receive a tracking number in 2-4 business days, please email: academyramireztran@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

What is your return policy?

All returns or exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of the e-mail confirming shipment.

Academy Ramirez Tran reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. Academy Ramirez Tran does not cover the cost of shipping back an unwanted item.

When will I see my refund?

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

My item was damaged during shipping. Can I get it replaced?

Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to insure it arrives to you in pristine condition. If the item arrives to you damaged, please contact academyramireztran@gmail.com.
